Perched high on Collaroy Plateau’s escarpment, Eagle’s Nest sits unencumbered by neighbours to enjoy stunning 270 degree views of the Pacific Ocean, Narrabeen and Collaroy beaches, with Narrabeen lagoon, Bilgola Plateau and Pittwater’s Western Foreshores in the periphery. The top floor plate is rotated to north to harness optimum solar access and the framing of views for an intimate experience that juxtaposes the expanse of the main level’s floor to ceiling glazing.

Designed from the outset to seamlessly integrate the stringent BAL FZ (Flame Zone) protection devices; Eagle’s Nest is considered, robust, bold and striking from every vantage point.

The interior of the house features a minimalist design that complements its coastal views. Large glass walls allow natural light and provide a view of the horizon, while the color scheme mainly includes concrete and steel. The open-concept layout facilitates movement between spaces, characterized by clean lines and a simple aesthetic. Each room is designed to maintain a connection with the outdoors, incorporating the surrounding scenery into the living environment.
